Our focus group services involve interviewing groups of people to gather their opinions, recommendations, views on certain products, brands and services. Once collected; the transcribing and videos are organised and presented to clients to analyse.
Group sessions are recorded but can also be streamed live to clients within Australia or overseas, if required. Tapes and recordings from each focus group session are transcribed for clients and refreshments are provided for participants.
